REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you choose to return this product for a refund, you will need an RMA number issued by Henter Math. Send us an email requesting the RMA, stating that you want a refund, and describing the reason for your dissatisfaction. You may get a phone call, so we can confirm the problem. When you get the RMA number, promptly return the following items to Henter Math: the Virtual Pencil CD, all materials that may have been included with the Virtual Pencil package, the receipt you received when you purchased the package, and the RMA number. The money you paid , minus shipping/handling fees, will be promptly refunded to you.
